No not as an actor but the hit ABC Family original series “Wildfire” will play two of Goat’s songs on upcoming episodes. Tune in and hear our man Goat singing while Mr. Davis tells Junior about the birds and the bees….okay they haven’t really told us what scene it is yet…..and I’m not even sure if Junior has a Dad on the show.

Porter Block will kick off their MidWest Tour in February and you can check them out Feb. 24th as they invade the Borders Bookstore in the Windy City of Chicago. Engine Room Recordings artist GOAT and his hot single “Two Sides to Love” are climbing the Triple A charts, hitting the Top 25. With GOAT’s buzz and a National Kia Comercial, he will be coming to Pennsylvania. He will be in Philadelphia on Feb. 16th being interviewed and performing live on WXPN 88.5. Goat will be performing live for the NBC10 morning show in Philly Wednesday Jan. 24th. He will also be back in PA, performing in Camp Hill near Harrisburg, at this years Millenium Music Conference (MMC). Porter Block will also have the pleasure of attending this years MMC. Lot of new updates!

There is a new GOAT video and you can view it by clicking HERE. GOAT has started blogging both on his website and his myspace to keep you up to date on everything that is going on surrounding the release of Twisted Heart. The cd release party for GOAT will be this Thursday August 24th at 8pm at Coda here in New York.

We are working on a Porter Block video which should be done sometime next week. There is also a new Porter Block website up. Check it out HERE.

New updates for the Guilt by Association album are as follows: Devendra Banhart just sent in his song for the album. He recorded his very own version of “Don’t Look Back in Anger” by Oasis. That is all the news for right now. Keep checking back for more updates!

This week Goat‘s new website was launched over at GoatRocks.com. Songs off of the upcoming record Twisted Heart, to be released 8/22, can be previewed in the music player! Many thanks to Jeff Schram over at Schram Design for his great work!

We’ve been working hard on all that is the Twisted Heart album package and Goat just did a photoshoot with renowned photographer Pieter M. van Hattem who has shot many fantastic artists before. Check out his work on his website. Previews soon!
